The intent of the presentation was clearly to outline forward plans and to explain why certain decisions were made i.e. O3. They extended the spp to give ample time for participation, knowing that many people would be holding off participating until seeing results - and the timeframe between the original cutoff and results was miniscule when you factor in clearance time.
An update regarding flow rates would've been nice, but I don't believe this was nefarious. They've clearly outlined the forward plan for all wells today.
In regards to O2 results, perhaps give management a call and ask those questions - I'm all for throwing stones when justified, but unfounded vandalism is never ok. Just because you assume does not make you right. Sorry for coming across grumpy, but I am. I've got too much money tied up in this for unfounded statements like that one.
