I reckon that they will secure the gas sales contracts and then pay Santos to process it. Similar contracts have been in place for years on the East Coast ie: Cooper Energy/Santos through the Iona Gas Plant. Similar processing contracts on gas dont seem excessive and if VEN can secure a similar deal in the Cooper Basin then its a company maker. Gas sales contracts have the potential to be $8-$10 T/J and if they are paying a $1.50-$2 processing fee then they are sitting of some big dollars for a $40 million market cap business
