It's more of a threshold issue and making a call as to the best time to flow test. In the US they generally get about 60% recovery in three weeks, with total recovery between 68-82%. Clearly the more fluid you recover the more freely flowing your gas will be ~ better your flow test result. Regardless, they must have a level that they deem acceptable, given that they gave yesterday as the rough start date of the flow testing process. Fingers crossed for something in the 5-6 MMscfd range.
