MAY has a market cap of $19 million with no money in the ban and no operating assets. Absent good news on Beehive, it should trade at a substantially lower level.
If there is good news on Beehive, then the stock will have serious optionality and they should avoid the dilution implicit in the take over of MEL.
The MAY "offer" makes no sense to current MEL holders, unless I am missing something.
