Trump seems up for an agreement, but not Obama's and was spouting a pretty hardline stance for a better deal for America just a couple of weeks ago that did not rule out breaking diplomatic ties if it wasn't forthcoming. Then again, it could have all been waffle to secure Florida for the election.
