    The good thing is you have a 2C of circa 40M barrels. That is something the market can bank on.

    The issue will be how much it will cost to extract it.

    1. Probably need acid stimulation.

    Won't need to be strong acid, probably mild acid will do the trick.

    2. The other issue is what kind of polymeric surfactants will be used for the heavy oil.

    The upside, its not too deep, have multiple stacked reservoirs and labour is cheaper in Cuba.

    The downside, these stimulants and surfactants will add to costs.
