I have a bit of a differing opinion on this.
I think explorers should push hard on marketing.
Particularly if they have a definable/marketable points of difference like Warriedar Resources.
Dilution is a killer for explorers, the more the SP is bid up by market participants, the lower the future dilution.
The smaller the dilution the larger the raise.
Larger raise = more cash spent on the drill bit.
More cash spent on drillbit = bigger potential deposit.
Bigger the deposit = higher probability for future economic extraction.
Economic extraction = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
