I don't see any hype . The SP spiked presumably because of the last reported drill results, not unusual. The SP has settled back to where it has been. Sellers may be taking advantage of the last Capital Raise to move their dollars to producers, who knows.
Tell your friend to read up on the company, it's holdings and the people involved.
