hey Joel, really appreciate you (and others) going to the effort to attend the seminar and share what went on.
It's so interesting to go back to 2017 and slowly follow the threads, the announcements, the change in sentiment... this thread in particular caught my eye, clearly the old version of this company went through an identity crisis... 
Ann: Divestment Strategy for Big Springs Gold Project
That investor presentation from 2017 which basically explained everything you need to know about Big Springs (I did not realize how prospective it is!), has both excited me, and gave me pause. I can see why the board don't want to sell it for peanuts, however, I can also see that they simply cannot afford to support the sort of drilling that could be done to change the whole profile of the asset (more ounces, bigger production profile for toll treatment, though I wonder, with the high grades, could it be trucked a lot further to other plants..? I mean RMS has trucked 2g/t ore over 100-150km, let alone Vivien which was 300km with grades around 4-6g/t).
Basically... the company is either having no valued ascribed to Big Springs or the Australia assets..
Anyway, looking forward to seeing what the small team can do now that they have the funds.
