this is rms related as you were comparing the 2.
they have used their measured reserves as gold on hand. its still in the ground. they have cash of 10m with more in transit. this gold in transit would increase their cash. i haven't delved into the company too much and have no idea of their fundamentals and wasn't trying to run them down.
but it would appear that rms is in a better cash position. they aren't matching them for oz's mined and i dont know what their costs are as i haven't seen their aisc. they may well be a better punt than rms.
