Not necessarily….I have been in companies where the market got excited about what the CR was to be used for and the SP surged. Another thing to remember is that the CR might be at a considerably higher price than where we are presently at. The company usually takes a VWAP average over a number of days to determine price to offer an institution at a discount if that’s how they want to get moola…The golden question is over what period they choose to take the average SP.
I strongly suspect the CR will come after the webinar Friday. I reckon the company will want investors to fully understand what is unfolding so the CR is well received…time will tell…Cheers
