This is not beginners luck at all
TEM did geo physical and chemical testing of the area a few years back which enabled them to pin point the drill locations
The government maps had the whole area plotted as granite so not one tenement was pegged there until TEM came along. The explorers were looking for the VMS extension to the East but never went to the West because of its geo classification …, TEMs work in the area has obviously had some impact on what was thought to be a granite intrusion.
This could be something special IMO and extremely far from beginners luck
