Dont know if the Shareholder is "crying over spilt milk".As I commented in my previous post,I would guess that by taking this very expensive action,Mr Hanks and his lawyers suspect foul play somewhere along the line.If that is the case then something needs to done,no matter what.Indeed,they may find nothing at all and the company and its S/H can move onward and upward.Costs ADY nothing.Just wish I had the wherewithall to request the books on a couple of dogs I've been involved with over the last couple of years.
