re: Ann: Member's application to inspect ... Exactly, look at their recent case with Fincorp, they persisted and eventually managed to get back around 25% or thereabouts(citation)in liability back from the directors, a first of its kind from what i am aware and its the same legal rep too!
At least there is some good news in the world at present.
