    I am (very) cynical too and the sell off was in part designed to get more sellers to part with their shares and enable someone who is collecting them to collect some more (no prizes for guess who has been accumulating). Along the lines of OH NO! something terrible is happening must sell my shares!

    The actual leak was seen in the rise from the low 70's to .91 when those with a little foreknowledge prepared for the actual outcome of this boardroom tussle.
