Nothing tabled for the meeting will get rid of RC, other than his unwillingness to work with new directors should they be elected.

Anyone who thinks he's done a great job need not panic. He'll just be joined by others whose experience fills gaping holes that exist in the current mix.

l'd much rather pay their salaries, than pay more to the existing office holders.

I can't get my head around how anyone can think you'd get more bang for buck by increasing existing salaries. They're already more than fair. They should already be giving us their very best. There shouldn't be any left up their sleeves.

I've made it clear that I wasn't happy with their performance to date, but their conduct and statements made recently have irreparably cemented my opinion of them.

The arrogance, entitlement and obstructionism they've displayed is corrupt and unforgivable as far as I'm concerned.
