Message:
Further to the Quotation Notice released on Monday, 23 November 2015, and
Share Purchase Plan announcements released in October 2015, NZX Regulation
("NZXR") advises that the Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited
("AFI") new ordinary shares ("AFIND") will be converted to ordinary shares
("AFI"). The converted shares will be available for trading on Tuesday, 9
February 2016.
The final day of trading in AFIND will be Tuesday, 2 February 2016, prior to
the shares being suspended at close of business.
