Message:
Further to the announcement made by Auckland Council ("AKC") earlier today,
NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the final quotation date for AKC bonds
("AKC040") will be Tuesday, 15 September 2015.
The final day of trading in the AKC040 bonds will be Tuesday, 1 September
2015 prior to the bonds being suspended at close of business.
A timetable of events is detailed below:
Final day of trading: Tuesday, 1 September 2015
Record date: Friday, 4 September 2015
Final quotation date: Tuesday, 15 September 2015
Maturity date: Tuesday, 15 September 2015
Payment date: Tuesday, 15 September 2015
