Subject: Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited Options ("CRPOB") - Delisting
Message:
Further to the announcement made by Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited ("CRP") on
Friday, 24 July 2015, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the CRP $0.688
Options ("CRPOB") will be exchanged on a 7:1 basis for CRP Ordinary Shares.
The final day of trading in CRPOB will be Tuesday, 4 August 2015 prior to the
options being suspended at close of business. CRPOB will cease to be quoted
from close of business on Friday, 7 August 2015, with the exchange and
allotment of the new CRP ordinary shares taking place on Monday, 10 August
2015.
