Message:

Further to the announcement made by Diligent Corporation (NS) ("DIL") this
morning, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that DIL will be placed in a Trading
Halt effective from close of business on Monday, 11 April 2016.

Subject to shareholder approval, DIL will be delisting from the NZX Main
Board, effective from close of business on Wednesday, 13 April 2016.
