Interest Rate Reset
Message:
Further to the announcement made by Fonterra Cooperative Group Limited
("FCG") yesterday, 15 October 2015, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the
interest rate payable on the FCG Capital Notes ("FCGHA") will be reset to
4.94% per annum with effect from Sunday, 10 January 2015.
The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open on Monday, 11 January 2015.
