Subject: Kingfish Limited Warrants ("KFLWC") - Final Exercise Date

Message:

Following the announcement by Kingfish Limited ("KFL") on Friday, 2 October
2015, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the final exercise date for the
KFL warrants ("KFLWC") is Friday, 6 November 2015.

Any KFLWC warrants not exercised by 5pm on Friday, 6 November 2015 will lapse
and all rights in regards to them will expire.

The final day of trading in KFLWC will be Friday, 30 October 2015 prior to
the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.

KFLWC will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on
Friday, 6 November 2015.
