Further to the announcement made by Motor Trade Finances Limited ("MTF"), NZX
Operations ("NZXO") advises that the dividend rate payable on MTF Perpetual
Preference Shares has been reset to 5.11% per annum with effect from
Thursday, 1 October 2015.

The dividend rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open on Thursday, 1 October 2015.
