Interest Rate Reset

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited ("NFF")
earlier today, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the interest rate payable
on the NFF preference shares ("NFFHA") has been reset to 6.12% per annum with
effect from today, 15 October 2015.

The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open tomorrow, Friday, 16 October 2015.
