Subject: Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC") - Late Preliminary Half Year
Results Notification

Message:

NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC")
has not issued to NZX its preliminary half year results for the period ending
31 December 2015 which, under NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rule
10.3.1(b) was due to be announced to NZX on or before Monday, 29 February
2016.

Pursuant to Footnote 2 of NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rule 5.4.3, if
an Issuer has not issued its preliminary half year results within 5 business
days of the due date, trading of that Issuer's securities will be suspended
until the Issuer has issued its preliminary half year results.

NZXR notes that PGC is currently suspended due to its failure to provide its
annual report for the period ending 30 June 2015, as required by NZX Main
Board/Debt Market Listing Rule 10.4.1.
