Subject: SKY Network Television Bonds ("SKTFA") - Interest Rate Reset
Message:
Further to the announcement made by SKY Network Television ("SKT") yesterday,
14 October 2015, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the interest rate
payable on the SKT bonds ("SKTFA") has been reset to 3.38% per annum with
effect from tomorrow, 16 October 2015.
The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open tomorrow.
