Subject: Snakk Media Limited ("SNK") - Share Consolidation
Message:
Further to the announcement made by Snakk Media Limited ("SNK") earlier
today, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that SNK has resolved to consolidate
the existing SNK ordinary shares ("SNK") on issue.
Under the consolidation every 20 shares held on the Record Date will be
consolidated into 1 share.
In order for the consolidation to be processed, SNK will be placed in a
trading halt during the Ex - Record period.
