Subject: The Warehouse Group Limited Bonds ("WHS010") - Maturity
Message:
Further to announcements made by The Warehouse Group Limited ("WHS"), NZX
Regulation ("NZXR") confirms that the final quotation date for WHS bonds
("WHS010") will be Monday, 15 June 2015.
Holders of WHS010 bonds who participated in the Exchange Offer for new WHS020
bonds will be issued WHS020 bonds on Monday, 15 June 2015, prior to their
quotation on Tuesday, 16 June 2015. Holders who did not participate in the
Exchange Offer will receive the final scheduled interest payment on Monday,
15 June 2015.
A timetable of events is detailed below:
Final quotation date of WHS010 bonds: Monday, 15 June 2015
Maturity date of WHS010 bonds: Monday, 15 June 2015
Payment date of WHS010 bonds: Monday, 15 June 2015
Issue of new WHS020 bonds: Monday, 15 June 2015
Quotation of new WHS020 bonds: Tuesday, 16 June 2015
