Rate Reset

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Works Finance (NZ) Limited ("WKS")
earlier today, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the dividend rate payable
on WKS Preference Shares ("WKSHA") has been reset to 7.21% per annum with
effect from Monday, 15 June 2015.

The dividend rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open on Tuesday, 16 June 2015.
