Regarding past experiences with GOA I doubt if it is capable to become producer ever. Do you remember that on 26.6.2008 Goa ann. first pour at Sao Chico for 2008 and full production of 50000 oz/a at 2010? Did they hold the promises? No, and they need nearly one year to transport Gekko plant from Australia to Brazil, something that has to be completed in less than one month. Just to put into perspective: other australian company made aquisition in South America on 6.5.2010, build a mine from scratch below budget in less than one year and is today producing 80000 oz/a with margin more than 1000 USD/ oz. I am dreaming too, that I am wrong with my sentiments, but....I would be happy if I have just a small portion of turps optimism.
