    So my reading of it:

    • RTG’s debt of $27million owing to it. will be paid out in Stage 1. (That’s nearly 60% of its entire market cap at present..)
    • Plus 2% net smelter royalty for the entire mine.
    • Plus 40% of operating cashflow for the project.
    • Funding agreements.
