I wouldn't hold much hope for manganese ore coming from Element 25 in the near future, I'd say that Bryah Resources will come on line quicker especially when you consider no beneficiation is needed. Bryah Resources manganese ore grades for 30% to 48% whilst E25 Butcherbird deposit is 10%.
Transport costs will be similar, E25 to Port Headland and Bryah Resources to Geraldton . The killer of course is that its trucked unlike OMH Bootu Creek Mn ore  which is railed to Darwin Port.
The biggest challenge for E25 is the beneficiation from 10% ore to 30%+, unlike the waste heaps OMH plans to treat using the TRP which has already been dug out and piled as waste, E25 has to dig and crush the ore first, it could be profitable at high prices but definitely wouldn't be profitable at current prices.
Although E25 has a large deposit at Butcherbird much of it is waste and rubbish.

I would doubt whether OMH would be involved financially in Element 25, the deposit has been around for the last 10 years and there has never been any moment on it until now.
