Yeah seriously- this deep in to a relationship? What’s deep about a non binding MOU to sell your product to someone? If the product is suitable for the application, of course they will sell them to them!

all it is is a non binding supplier agreement. Great name to throw around for KPO, but I’d suspect any name that makes these would have been just as good.
