the huge plus is that now company can raise 100gs with only issuing 3million shares not 100million...thats a plus...if its the other guys chasing odn ...hopefully company raises some dollars just in case they cannot agree on terms...has low shares so a quick raise of 3million bucks to clean up any debt etc..obviously market was allowing for something considering it was 500,000 cap...obviously debt must have been a concern
regardless its cheap cap just will wait for further update on the matter that is most important
