Could simply be a definition of what the MoU announcement means as well, given the announcement clearly stated "that it is incomplete in the absence of a definitive agreement"
It's all based on Mock client assessments and planning to see how it all fits. The good old STAFF REPORTER, if not just someone trying to get cheap stocks on the ASX, could just be incorrectly looking for an MoU framework that was never in the announcement.
I can't believe these guys would get this so wrong - so I'm certainly staying put, and was happy to get some more cheap shares - albeit, the IFA articles seems pretty dodge to me.
