MEM is looking more and more like a listed private company with little regard for shareholders.
It’s one thing to issue convertible notes to BP but it’s another thing to issue cn’s to a director. I could argue against both but a stronger argument could be made against a director imv.
I feel that MEM and that director have decoupled from shareholders and have secured themselves a bet each way at the expense of others.
