This is where the meb test is so valuable. But to think the meb test is a once off misunderstands the technology. The meb test can only measure whether one is depressed at the time the test is taken. Therefore it should be used often to see (i.e. measure) whether a particular treatment is working. By taking many measurements, a clinician can make better decisions regarding whether treatment should be changed or stay the same.

i disagree Ive always known whats needed to recover to a fair extent and Ive had periods where Ive been getting better and knowingly so only to then have that recovery snatched from me.I dont know what treatment your talking about as as best i can see there isnt any anymore,Im not under any psychiatrist or psychologist.
