I thought the same initially but remember that Ed mentioned in the ann that the MRE was capped at a certain depth and many results are not included in the MRE but will get picked up in the SS.
Even if nothing improves from now on (unlikely), it's economic to be Toll treated due to the fantastic location of KWR.
