MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA (18th February, 2015)
MEO Australia Limited (ASX: MEO) advises that its wholly owned subsidiaries have executed an Option Agreement with an international exploration company (the Farminee) providing the Farminee with an option to farmin to any of the WA-488-P, AC/P50 and AC/P51 permits.

From second supplementary target statement 30/04/15
Options held by a potential Farminee to farmin to AC/P50 and AC/P51 permits (refer ASX Release 18th February, 2015) expire 30th April 2015 and the Farminee has provided written
notice it will not exercise its options in relation to those permits.

Concluding.
AC/P50 and AC/P51 have since been renewed see ASX announcement 15/05/15
Rex is not in play as of 30/04/15.
