ps I think I spied one non-executive director nod off on more than one occasion during the official business portion of the meeting

Just what we need...a non exec director doing the hard yards for his shareholders.
If it's all too difficult and tiring...how about you resign and get a job where you can
slack off.
If I were PS, I would show some leadership and sack this jerk.
It's an AGM where you are supposed to show unity with your shareholders and put your best face forward...not show disdain to them with a director falling asleep.
