It seems all things oil and gas in Cuba is very old and not that well explored and have only opened the doors to foreign investment in recent years. As far as I can see investment from the USA is still closed though.
So MEO are getting in on the ground floor as far as I can see. With the experts at Meo going over this massive acreage with a fine tooth comb and finding something to put better Seismic on is a positive.

As for petro Austalis limited they seem capitalize something out of nothing and make big $ along the way. Was it these guys that put Meo onto this Acreage in Cuba, Who knows.
At least Meo is not stagnating.
