Share issued to Institutional Investors at .45 Cent, they sold these back to MEO holders above .50 cent. Why these shares issued at so cheap price. It could have issued around .55 cent when share was at .60cent. Every one noticed consistence selling to drop share below .60cent before CR anoucement. You can't ignore insider trading.
