As I have posted previously, both NEN & MEO share holders need to be active and participate in the respective voting.

What he said ^ !! It is vital to ensure the proposed merger goes ahead IMO. The merged company will be much better situated to return value to shareholders in future, it may not be overnight though Rome wasn,t built in a day either.......
