NO, if field is as prolific as Senegal.... FAR has had 4 hits in 4 drills ........100% success rate and my contacts in Cuba ( I have nephews studying Medicine there) that know about the oil abundance in the area say thay is just a matter of a short time for another big hit. American oilers are going to start coming to apply for exploration licences like flies............
Who knows , some one will carry us free for the project..... or even better a take over ?
