I doubt Sheritt Intl. would be a buyer. They are drowning in debt after they financed
the Ambatovy nickel project in Madagascar.
Nickel prices crashed after that and they have recently restructured
their heavy debt load waiting for the nickel price to rise.

On the positive side,,the Cuban gas fields are nearing depletion meaning they may be looking
at the neighboring (new) deposits to feed their power stations.
