This is entirely in the hands of the shareholders of both NEN firstly making the effort to get rid of evil world once and for all by participating with a strong vote in January.
AND secondly MEO shareholders voting for the merger.
If either group of shareholders are complacent and think it will all go away and life will be beautiful, they need to think again and get in on the voting.
It can be done on line ( usually ) nowadays.
NOT REAL HARD.
Get rid of evil world(NEN) and vote for the NEN/MEO Merger. (MEO)
