Correct Renovator. Only 1 entity to get all approvals thru.... could not be more simple. However the service industry is miniscule with only Schlumberger operating there as they are errr 'French' .. still Sherritt drill regularly onshore without any apparent obstacles. MEO need to add more meat to the bone (study wise) before farming out ... hence the intensive studies imo
