    at 5 to 6 dollar a share for sandfire, it would almost be impossible for BRW shareholders to get a fair price.

    Minotaur is the best option by far and getting a script deal from Sandfire would be the worst possible scenario unless they want to put in for a cash offer of 10 cents and i dont give much chance of that
