    Overall a great deal for MEP shareholders - not so good for BRW holders - but cash is king now no matter how good your exploration ground is - but probably some more short term dilutionary pain for us as we're issuing 43.5mil shares and getting little or no cash in the deal.
    Will they now throw some cash to AQQ to get the other 80% of the Scotia JV - AQQ is also completely out of cash.
    How many other juniors will be disappearing this FY due to no cash?
