I'm not sure why. It's a dinky 2.5tpd plant that's royalty free.
Sure Primobius charged $30M for it but then minus material cost, wage, labour & taxes. What's left? A few million? Then divide by 2 because it's a joint venture & SMS needs to get their share.
Hopefully Chris doesn't "make it rain dollar, dollar bills y'all" because that few million will disappear fast!
